How does it work?
- Create a pad, share its link, press Start. You interview in a shared editor or whiteboard and the candidate joins as a guest. When you end the session the code is snapshotted and, on Pro, the recording is transcribed and summarised for the review page.
Do candidates need an account?
- No. They open the link and enter a name, or join anonymously under a generated alias. The lobby states whether the session is recorded and monitored before they join, and the link stops working once the session ends.
What does it cost?
- Free is $0 for 5 sessions a month on text-only pads. Pro is $49 a month for 25 sessions with code execution, recording, transcripts and AI notes. Team is $199 a month for 100. A session counts only when someone else joins and it runs past five minutes.
Can I trust the AI summary?
- It is written only from what was captured. If a transcript is partial or a recording is missing, the review page says so and no summary is invented. Tests that never ran show as not run, never as a score.
